Night Shift FLT

📍 Headcorn
🕚 Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
💷 £15.50 per hour

Our client is looking for a reliable FLT driver to join their night shift team in Headcorn. This is an initial temporary position with strong potential to become permanent.

Main duties:

Safe operation of FLT and PPT equipment

Loading and unloading deliveries

Stock control, stock rotation, and stocktaking

Completing warehouse paperwork accurately

Maintaining GMP and Health & Safety standards

Supporting warehouse operations and ensuring stock availability for production

Requirements:
Valid FLT licence (in-house licences accepted with a supporting certificate)

Previous warehouse experience

Stocktaking experience preferred

Good attention to detail and ability to work independently

This role involves supporting hygiene, cleaning, and food production operations while ensuring high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality are maintained at all times.

Duties Include:

⭐ Shift Pattern
Rotating weekly:
week 1
• Monday–Friday, 7am-3pm
week 2
• Monday–Friday, 3pm-11pm

⭐ Pay Rate

🚚 Role Responsibilities
• Safely operate FLT and PPT equipment across the site.
• Complete pre‑start checks on all machinery and report any issues to the Shift Manager.
• Identify and help resolve non‑conforming raw material issues.
• Monitor stock rotation, ensuring short‑life or out‑of‑date stock is flagged promptly.
• Carry out pre‑start checks on Extraction machinery.
• Load fruit pallets into the tipper in line with blending requirements.
• Support the Extraction and Fruit Sorting teams to meet daily production targets.
• Assist with site improvement projects and new product development tasks.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across Warehouse, Extraction, and Sorting areas.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

🎓 What We’re Looking For
• Valid Counterbalance / PPT / FLT licence (Reach Truck licence desirable but not essential).
• Experience in a warehouse or factory environment is beneficial.
• Understanding of food or drink manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team.

🚨 Picker / Packer Required - Immediate Start - Marden 🚨

We are currently recruiting for a Picker / Packer to join our client based in Marden on a day shift with an immediate start available.

📦 Duties will include:

Picking and packing customer orders
Checking orders for accuracy
General warehouse duties
Manual handling (lifting several kilograms when required)
Using computers and handheld scanning devices
Walking between picking locations and workstations throughout the shift

Please note that pick and pack targets are in place to ensure customer delivery deadlines are met.

📍 Location: Marden

🕒 Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 3:45pm
Lunch break: 1 hour Monday to Thursday, 45 minutes on Friday

💷 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

✅ Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
