As youngsters we’re that no will lead to conflict against the powers-that-be (parents, teachers etc.) In life we often bring our conditioning with us and when confronted by a situation where only a “ ” will suffice, it’s not uncommon for people to shy away from the to say it.

I wanted to say “Thank You” to all of you that have sent congratulatory messages on the 25th anniversary of Holden Jones. It would not have been possible without so many of you who were willing to work with us as a new entity back in 1995.

It has been quite a journey for Greg Holden and myself, with still more twists and turns to come I’m sure. The world of recruitment has changed so much since we opened our doors and we have done our level best to stay relevant and current, using new innovative techniques and software tools. The one constant however, is our unerring commitment to try to add value to a recruitment process by way of simple, impartial communication and advice, whether you are a job seeker or a hiring manager. I would like to think that we get this right far more than not, and as such, have made many friends rather just business acquaintances.

I sincerely hope that we can continue to do so over the coming years - 25 years is no mean achievement in this industry, so if you are unaware of Holden Jones and would like to embark on the search for a new role or add to your finance team then please get in touch with myself or any of the team.
