We are recruiting a number of Customer Service Advisors to join our client who is based in Middlewich.

Full training is provided, so previous office experience isn't essential – meaning this is a fantastic opportunity to begin your office career!

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll receive ongoing support, gain valuable office experience, and have the chance to secure a permanent role after just 12 weeks.

Details:
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week - rotating shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Free on-site parking
• Genuine opportunity to become a permanent employee after 12 weeks
• Approximately one Saturday in every four (half-day)

You'll be calling through a list of customers with overdue balances and taking payments over the phone.

Full training is given on day one so you don’t need any finance experience, you just need to be confident in picking up the phone.

• Pay: £15 per hour basic + £1.81 holiday pay = £16.81 per hour

Realistic first year earnings of £50k, on a product that already has the results and case studies behind it, in a role where you'd be joining right as it starts to scale.

Our client’s core product has been around for nearly three decades, working with some of the UK's best-known brands. You’ll be selling a new, faster and far more accessible version of that product, aimed at SME’s who've never had access to it before. There's barely any serious competition doing this well, and more products are due to launch later this year, so you'd be getting in right as it starts to scale.

If you're the type who enjoys ticking things off methodically and watching a pile of work shrink, rather than being pulled in ten directions by calls all day, this is for you!

There's minimal customer contact in this role - it's genuinely admin-focused. You'll be working through a real backlog of cases that need clearing, so there's plenty to get your teeth into from day one and a clear sense of progress as you go.

It's a relaxed environment with relaxed dress, and headphones are welcome if that's how you focus best!

Details:

Contract: temporary, 3 months
Start date: Monday 10th August 2026
Pay: £15.07 per hour, made up of £13.45 basic pay + £1.62 holiday pay
Hours: 7.5 hours a day, Mon to Fri, flexible within an 8am-5.30pm window (though you'll start at 9am whilst training)
Fully office based in Northwich

Our client is bringing in a team of Customer Service Advisors to help clear a backlog of enquiries. You’ll get two weeks of classroom training first, so you're not thrown in at the deep end and will be considered even if you’ve not worked in an office before.

It's temporary to start (8 weeks) with the potential to run on.

One thing worth flagging: you'll be dealing with frustrated customers in this role. If you can take that in your stride, you'll do well here.

Details:

▫️ Start date: ASAP
▫️ Pay: £15.07 per hour, made up of £13.45 basic pay + £1.62 statutory holiday pay (holiday pay is built into your hourly rate while you're temporary)
▫️ Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute break, working between 8am and 8pm Mon to Fri (shift patterns include 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 and 12-8). Weekend shifts available for anyone who'd prefer two weekdays off instead.
▫️ Contract: temporary, 8 weeks initially, with a chance of extension
▫️ Fully office-based in Northwich
