Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic role? Our client is seeking an HR Consultant to provide expert HR guidance and support to a variety of clients. This role involves advising on HR best practices, employment law compliance, and organisational effectiveness while supporting businesses with strategic HR initiatives. Additionally, you will be at ease networking with potential referral partners and clients with the aim of bringing on board more business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide HR and employment law advice to clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
· Support HR Business Partners with strategic, business-focused HR services.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with current employment law.
· Assist with HR audits, performance management, onboarding, and training initiatives.
· Advise and support clients on change management, workforce planning, and best HR practices.
· Analyse client HR programmes and recommend improvements to align with business goals.
What our Client is Looking For:
Customer driven, collaborative with a hands on approach; demonstrating the ability to identify pragmatic, commercially focussed solutions.
· CIPD qualified to Level 5.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR advisory or casework role.
· Excellent communication and consulting skills.
· Commercial acumen with a solutions-focused approach to HR challenges.
· Ability to travel to client sites as required.
