We had the pleasure of visiting one of our partnered schools yesterday for Red Nose Day!

Millie, Sarah and Georgia took part in their Red Nose Day Community Adults vs Year 6 football match, and also brought along some sweet treats for their cake sale 🍰

It’s always great when we get to step out of the office and be part of what our schools are doing day to day.

Being a partner is more than just placements for us, it’s about helping out and getting involved wherever we can. It’s one of our favourite parts of the job, seeing how our staff are settling into their roles, meeting the students we support, and truly embedding ourselves as part of the school community.

Last Thursday, during half-term, the Qualiteach boys took on the Macmillan Darts Marathon.

After 9 hours of darts, they reached their target of 100,000 points and raised £426.40 for Macmillan Cancer Support, smashing their original goal of £250!

The Qualiteach boys are taking on the Macmillan Darts Marathon, the biggest game in darts! 🎯

They’ll be playing until they reach 100,000 points, all to raise awareness for men living with cancer. Cancer affects every part of a person’s life and men often face extra challenges. They’re less likely to seek support and can find talking about cancer difficult.

Macmillan Cancer Support wants to break down those walls of silence and show men they don’t have to take cancer “on the chin.” Starting conversations is the first step.

We’re proud of the team for raising money for such an important cause, good luck lads! 💪

As the first half term of the academic year wraps up, we want to thank all our schools and educators for what’s been achieved already.
 
Across Qualiteach Education Group, we’ve:
 
💜 Welcomed new partnered schools and continued to build strong partnerships with existing ones.
💜 Supported teachers, support staff and leaders into new roles.
💜 Continued developing initiatives for our school communities.
💜 Received fantastic feedback from our schools on how our teachers have settled into their roles and made a real positive impact.
💜 Celebrated our candidates’ wins who have found roles where they can truly excel and reignite their passion for teaching.
 
Now it’s time for a well-deserved break, we hope everyone takes a moment to reflect and feel proud of what’s been achieved so far this academic year.
 
Our office is open 9am–3pm this half term to assist you if you’re planning ahead or need any support. 🎃

We’re incredibly proud to have supported one of our partnered primary schools by supplying 200 pencil cases, helping to ease costs for parents and ensuring every single student has the essentials they need to learn.

We see the pressures schools and families face. It’s why we believe that supporting education goes far beyond recruitment. We make it a priority to give back to our partnered schools in meaningful ways.

This morning, we were invited to take part in a careers event at one of our client schools.
 
We spent time speaking with students, a brilliant opportunity to talk all things recruitment:

🔹 What it’s like working in the industry
🔹 How we got into it
🔹 The day-to-day of the role
🔹 The skills that make a great recruiter
 
The students asked some fantastic questions, and it was great to see so much curiosity and confidence in the room. It’s always rewarding to connect with switched on young people who are starting to explore what their future could look like.
 
A big thank you to the school for having us, it was a privilege to play a small part in inspiring young minds. We loved being part of it!

Our Operations Manager Tommy, took on the huge challenge of running the London Marathon and absolutely smashed it! 🏅
 
Running a marathon isn’t just about the day itself. It’s months of hard work, discipline, and pushing through even when it’s tough. Qualities Tommy shows every day, both in and out of work.
 
A huge well done to Tommy, and to everyone who took part in the marathon or showed their support and encouragement along the way and helped keep the runners going.
 
It’s not just the wins at work we’re proud of, it’s the incredible things our team achieve outside of it too.
