***Singing Challenge***
We're hoping you are all keeping safe and well.

We are holding a singing competition this week for people of all ages that live within 1 hour of London.

We are feeling very excited about this one at TM headquarters. This week we’ve been submitting people for jobs shooting around Europe and as far as Mexico and Brazil.
If anyone needs someone to carry a bag.... I’m free!

Did you know that kids 0-16 need a licence to perform. This is taken really seriously as a safeguarding matter for children in the industry.
Working hours/conditions/content and child protection matters are all assessed.
When a child is booked on an overseas job the application needs to be approved by a Magistrate. (The agency sorts this)
Little for those that don’t know all that goes on behind the scenes.

More than just a pretty face. We’re looking for people that are:
1. Talented - serious skills are in demand
2. Dedicated - this is an industry of highs and lows.
3. Reliable - updating photos, calendar and measurements is incredibly important. Casting directors do not have time to waste. We need people that follow instructions, read directions and show up on time with a ‘can do’ attitude.
4. Nice - it goes without saying.... it’s nice to work with nice people.
5. Realistic - don’t exaggerate skills, you’ll feel silly at a casting demonstrating your martial arts skills if you don’t get further than “wax on, wax off”
6. Resilient - competition is huge!! What is meant for you will come your way. If you don’t get selected it’s not personal, you’re not being judged as no good, simply not right for this one. It’s always a compliment to be invited to a casting, take it as such whatever the outcome.
7. Apply - you don’t know until you try....
