This morning, we were proud to see one of our team members, Thomas Chapman, return to his former secondary school, Debden Park High School, to take part in an inspiring networking and mentoring session with Year 12 students.
The session explored a wide range of future pathways, including both university and apprenticeship routes. It sparked thoughtful conversations around the students’ ambitions, goals, and plans for life beyond sixth form. Drawing from his own experience of completing an apprenticeship, Tom was able to offer practical insights into both higher education and vocational options.
The visit left us energised and proud to continue playing a role in helping young people make informed decisions about their futures.
A big thank you to Debden Park High School and to Kuben Narain for the warm welcome. It was a pleasure to give back to a school that had such a formative impact - and a special thank you to the students for their thoughtful participation and enthusiasm throughout the morning.
