Are you an experienced Packaging Operator or Machine Operator looking for your next opportunity within manufacturing?
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading Leicester-based manufacturer for a Packaging Operator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that offers long-term career progression, excellent benefits, and ongoing training and development.

✅ What you'll be doing:
• Operating and monitoring packaging machinery
• Carrying out product changeovers
• Completing quality checks
• Identifying and resolving minor machine faults
• Supporting production processes and maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

✅ What we're looking for:
• Previous packaging or production machine operating experience
• Experience with machine set-ups and changeovers
• Basic fault-finding skills
• Good attention to detail
• Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy recycling and waste management site in Loughborough on an immediate start.♻️

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced yard environment 🚧, combining FLT driving with general site support. You’ll be moving materials around site , loading skips , and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently ⚙️.

We’re looking for someone reliable, practical, and confident on the FLT 🚜 who’s happy working outdoors 🌦️ and getting stuck in where needed.

✔ Valid Counterbalance FLT licence required
✔ Previous FLT experience essential
✔ Strong work ethic and hands-on attitude 💪

We are delighted to announce that Paul Hipkiss and Karinna Shields have raised an incredible £3,000 for Make-A-Wish UK following the Birmingham Half Marathon.

After months of training, early starts, long runs and plenty of sore legs, race day was all about pushing through for a cause that truly matters. Every mile was driven by the goal of helping create life-changing wishes for children living with critical illnesses.

Right, it’s official… this is happening.

With just 33 days to go, the arrival of our Make-A-Wish® UK shirts has made it all feel very real here at TRG.

On Sunday 3rd May, Paul Hipkiss and Karinna Shields will be stepping up to take on the Birmingham Half Marathon. 13.1 miles of early mornings, tough training sessions, and plenty of determination.

But this is about much more than the distance.

We are incredibly proud to be supporting Make-A-Wish UK, a charity that creates life-changing moments for children with critical illnesses and their families. That is what’s driving every mile.

Training hasn’t been easy, but knowing the impact behind the challenge makes it all worthwhile.
