Our client is looking for a bright, dynamic & ambitious individual, with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude to join their team. You will need excellent management skills including the setting of clear goals, effective delegation and time management, an understanding of the importance of performance management and appraisal.

Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, checking for damaged or missing items and then sorting the stock for storage. Keeping a careful record of the stock on the system, picking orders using a handheld scanner. Reliable and hardworking individual.

Working for a communications company, this role involves processing large volumes of customer data, as part of the role to deliver, drive and launch events. The right person will need to have advanced Excel skills, a passion for processing data and strong administration skills. A knowledge of GDPR would be desirable, however not essential.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience of working within a busy office-based environment, with strong analytical skills and time management. This role will support the clients Customer Acquisitions plans, ensuring they attract new customers via campaigning.

This role will suit a very 'hands on' PA/Office Manager who is used to working in a pressurised environment and is able to juggle many tasks. Lots of diary and meeting management, emails, organising and generally keeping everything running smoothly.

Job #2:

Guest/Communications Manager – Putney - £23,000

Helping with all the administration and communications for a range of live events; answering and making delegate phone calls, inputting and checking data, supporting the Event Managers, including putting together working documents for off-site events and assisting with logistics. This is a 9 month maternity contract starting on 2nd December.

Job #3:

Revit Technician/CAD Draftsperson – EC4 - £25-30,000
