• Nursery Manager – £26,000 (£17.10/hr)
• Deputy Manager – £21,000 approx. (£13/hr)
• Level 3 Room Leader – £20,000 approx. (£12.50/hr)

📍 Chafford Hundred, Grays (RM16)
• Nursery Manager (Full-Time) – £38,000 (2 roles)
• Deputy Manager (Full-Time, 45 hrs) – £33,000
• Deputy Manager (Term-Time, 32.5 hrs) – £21,000

📍 East London (E11)
• Senior Deputy Manager – £34,910–£38,750
• Requires 1+ year DM experience & SENCo/DSL knowledge

👶 Role Overview
As the Deputy Manager, you will:
Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day operations
Lead, motivate and support the staff team
Ensure high standards of care, planning and practice
Step in as Acting Manager when required
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Maintain Ofsted, EYFS & safeguarding compliance
Assist with rotas, admin tasks, mentoring and appraisals
✅ Requirements
Previous experience in a nursery/early years setting
Strong understanding of EYFS and early childhood development
Excellent communication skills
Proven leadership experience
Passionate about childcare and children’s development
