This week, we're celebrating five years of Christie Rawcliffe at Streamline Recruitment! ๐๐
Christie joined our Tilbury office back in 2021, initially focusing on compliance across our Industrial division. Five years later, both her role and her impact on the business have grown massively.
Today, Christie oversees compliance across our entire Logistics sector, while continuing to manage Industrial compliance and help plan the staffing of our warehouse temps.
It's a role that requires serious attention to detail, organisation and reliability, and Christie has become absolutely essential to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Throughout her five years with us, she's consistently shown an incredible work ethic and willingness to adapt as the business and her responsibilities have grown. And somehow, she manages to keep everything and, more importantly, everyone in line while working part-time hours!
We're incredibly grateful for everything Christie has contributed over the last five years and for the role she continues to play in our Tilbury team and the wider business.
