Pinch, punch, first of the month! September, we’re ready for you 🍂

We wrapped up August with a little team outing to celebrate our Pixie’s birthday - good food, a few glasses of something nice and most importantly, the whole Biscuit team together.

We’re excited to share the next evolution of Biscuit Recruitment ✨

Over the past year, we’ve seen growing demand across both Business Support and wider finance and operational hiring needs, alongside a shift towards more flexible ways of building teams.

With this in mind, from June 2026, we’ll be expanding into Finance & Operational Support alongside our established Business Support recruitment.

We now also support hiring across:

- Finance Assistant
- Bookkeeping & Payroll
- Management Accountant
- Finance Manager
- Financial Controller
- Fractional CFO / FD support

This expansion reflects the increasing demand for flexible finance and operational support - from part-time and interim hires through to fractional leadership.
