We’re excited to share the next evolution of Biscuit Recruitment ✨

Over the past year, we’ve seen growing demand across both Business Support and wider finance and operational hiring needs, alongside a shift towards more flexible ways of building teams.

With this in mind, from June 2026, we’ll be expanding into Finance & Operational Support alongside our established Business Support recruitment.

We now also support hiring across:

- Finance Assistant
- Bookkeeping & Payroll
- Management Accountant
- Finance Manager
- Financial Controller
- Fractional CFO / FD support

This expansion reflects the increasing demand for flexible finance and operational support - from part-time and interim hires through to fractional leadership.

We’re excited for this next chapter and look forward to continuing to support clients and candidates across Business Support, Operations & Finance.

A small but meaningful moment for us at Biscuit...

And it feels quite special to say this in the month we celebrate 11 years in business.

We’ve just launched our new website!

Over the last decade we’ve built something we’re really proud of. When I started Biscuit, the idea was simple: recruitment could be more human, more honest and more thoughtful. So that’s what we built.

Every placement we make comes from really understanding people - both our clients and our candidates and caring about getting it right. We’ve had the privilege of watching careers grow and flourish. And we’re proud that some of our clients have been with us for nearly a decade.

As the business has grown, it felt important that our digital home reflected the level we operate at today. Clearer about who we are and how we work -because naturally we have evolved too.

The new site is bold, warm and straight-talking. Very Biscuit.

August was full of milestones – from birthdays, Bianca marking 7 years at Biscuit to welcoming a new puppy into the fold.

We also hit the road for a countryside trip to Northampton where we celebrated together as a team. It was a big month for our little team!

Today marks a milestone we’re incredibly proud of—Biscuit Recruitment is officially 10 years old! What began in 2015 as something small has grown into something mighty, much like our fearless founder, Frances. From humble beginnings to now supporting clients across London and New York, our journey has been nothing short of extraordinary.

Frances absolutely loves what she does - sometimes to her own detriment, as she hasn’t quite mastered the art of taking time off! Her passion and dedication are the heartbeat of Biscuit, and her core values resonate throughout our agency. She always reminds us: “Be mindful of the way you speak to others. Words are powerful.” This ethos shapes not just our internal culture but also the way we connect with our candidates and clients.

Her honesty and authenticity inspire us daily. We are encouraged to be transparent with our candidates, guiding them with integrity to roles they genuinely love. Watching Frances lead with such passion, precision, and eloquence is nothing short of awe-inspiring.

Frances often talks about the importance of creating your own narrative, and that’s exactly what she did a decade ago. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds for Biscuit Recruitment!

I cannot believe we are wrapping up another year…time really is ever so fleeting and in the blink of an eye we have come to the close of 2024 and here I am publishing my end of year thoughts with you.

Every year, we aim to grow and connect and this year was no different; Biscuit itself welcomed a new team member and it’s been an incredible pleasure watching the team bond and form innovative ways of working together (especially as we are primarily remote). But most importantly, Biscuit continues to grow thanks to you; we wouldn’t be a success without our astounding candidates and clients and every year we form new relationships whilst cementing old ones. As always, fostering and reinforcing our relationships with you breathes life into Biscuit and I am ever so grateful for your candour and probity; when working with such delectable individuals, work doesn’t feel like work but more so a passion.

Next year, Biscuit will be celebrating its 10 year anniversary which fills me with utter joy, pride and serenity; we are in such a steadfast position today thanks to you, I will never be able to express in words how truly grateful I am to each and every single one of you.

To each and every one of you who has supported Biscuit, thank you for entrusting us at all times and I hope you know that Biscuit will always be here to help you in your search with true generosity of spirit. Here’s hoping that in the new year, we will continue to work and collaborate together because after all our work demands a partnership.
