BioTalent Social returned with our highly-anticipated webinar as part of our Women in Engineering series hosted by Charlotte Sweetman and chaired by Dan Jeffery. In line with this year’s Women in Engineering theme of ‘Making Safety Seen,’ we wanted to uncover how we can build a safer and more equitable world of STEM, one that celebrates excellence, thrives on diversity, and creates safer working conditions for all.
Our panel discussion delved into exactly this, and touched on the following:
📲 Gen Z in the Engineering Space
🌈 The power of authenticity
👏 Achieving Psychological Safety
✨ The Power of a Mentor
A lack of representation has been a feature of the engineering space for too long. By platforming conversations like this, we can begin to create even greater access to fulfilling, meaningful, and impactful STEM careers, underpinned by growth-enabled environments.
Thank you to our exceptional panel Traci Laabs, Jennie Lopez, Patricia Rivera Falcón and Doris Neville for their thought-provoking insights, and thank you also to our audience for joining us!
