Hi all. I have a fully remote admin support vacancy available to start in January.
A brief overview of the role and requirements is:
- Inbox & diary management
- Cross over emails – sending out T&C’s, recording info, triages
- Working on client database software
- Proof reading medico legal reporting
- Use of word and Microsoft packages etc
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Quickbooks experience – invoicing in and out
- 23 – 35 hours depending on what best suits the successful candidate
- Would suit someone with experience in an admin/secretarial post within personal injury and/or psychology.
