We are looking for a Virtual Sales Representative to join our growing team on a part-time basis – 12 hours per week.
💻 The Role
As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, following up on enquiries and converting leads into bookings and sales — all remotely.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
• Contact prospective clients via phone, email and online platforms
• Follow up with potential and existing clients
• Promote our services and provide clear information
• Convert enquiries into appointments and sales
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
• Build positive relationships with clients
• Work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs

✅ Confident and professional on the phone
✅ Friendly, persuasive and customer-focused
✅ Comfortable working independently
✅ Sales-driven and motivated by results
✅ Organised with excellent follow-up skills
✅ Experienced in sales, telesales, customer service or a similar role
✅ Comfortable using CRM systems, email and online communication tools
