Today, Mark Warburton is taking the reins of the Pioneer Search socials to celebrate a pretty special milestone for India McGowan and Pioneer Search...

🎉 10 YEARS OF INDIA AT PIONEER SEARCH! 🎉

Ten years ago, India and I had our first lunch together at Enoteca Da Luca. Somewhere over a shared love of burrata, a working relationship started that neither of us probably imagined would still be going strong a decade later!

Since then, there have been four office relocations, four website builds, product launches, international trips, marketing strategies and more projects, challenges, ideas and changes than I could possibly list in one LinkedIn post.

But the thing I value most isn't any of those.

It's having someone alongside me for ten years who has supported me personally, supported the business, and helped so many Pioneers, past and present, through their own journeys.

In business, you're incredibly lucky if you find people you can genuinely rely on. You're luckier still if that working relationship develops into a friend.

I've been lucky enough to have both.

India, thank you for everything you've done for Pioneer Search, for all the Pioneers you've supported along the way and, personally, for everything you've done for me.

A simple "thank you" doesn't really do ten years justice, but it's a very good place to start.
