Across the London specialty insurance market, LGBTQ+ employee networks are doing the kind of work that doesn't always make headlines, but makes a real difference to the people in our industry.
From manager guidance and mentoring programmes to fundraising for LGBTQ+ charities, these networks are helping build workplaces where people can bring their whole selves to work, not just in June, but all year round.
