Our Fee Structure
We offer a straightforward and fair pricing model:
• Our standard recruitment fee is 10% of the candidate’s annual salary.
• To support new partnerships, we initially charge 5% upon placement.
• The remaining 5% is payable after 3 months, once the candidate has successfully settled into the role and is performing well.
This structure gives you reassurance and demonstrates our confidence in the candidates we place.

If you are looking for ongoing staffing support on an agency basis, we can also provide competitive quotes tailored to your requirements. We’re happy to discuss flexible solutions that suit your operational needs.
