We are looking for an experienced Project Designer to support our design and project delivery team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident working with Revit, CAD, and other design software.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update technical drawings and designs using Revit/CAD.
Interpret client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
Support project managers and the wider design team throughout project delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Manage tasks, deadlines, and project priorities effectively.
Ensure designs comply with relevant UK Building Regulations and BIM standards.
Attend project and design meetings and provide updates on progress and issues.

Requirements:
Experience in Project Design, Architectural Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and design processes.
Good attention to detail and time management skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, BIM, and CDM is an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to support our Design, Projects, Sales, and Quality teams. The role will focus on ensuring project information is accurate, controlled, and available to the right people at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and distribute drawings, technical documents, revisions, and project information.
-Maintain document records and the Procore drawing area.
-Track approvals, responses, document requests, and actions.
-Support ISO 9001 quality management processes and internal audits.
-Maintain external accreditations and supplier platforms.
-Ensure document-control processes align with ISO 19650 requirements.
-Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements
-Previous experience in Document Control, ideally within construction, engineering, design, or a project environment.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Good written and verbal communication.
-Experience managing document revisions, approvals, and controlled information.
-Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 19650 is highly desirable.
-Procore experience is an advantage.
-Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
