It all started with a trip home to New Zealand, a very good friend and an idea I’d had since my twenties. 🤍
Back in 2021, I was enjoying some time off from my three-month-on, three-month-off nanny rota in Saudi Arabia when my gorgeous friend Georgia and I put our heads together and decided to finally bring that little idea to life.
We’d both made it into our thirties by then, so naturally we thought it was about time we did something grown-up haha
Most people know us as sisters (we’re not, but we basically are!). With our similar relaxed New Zealand upbringings, shared careers, fun minds and adventures together across Australia and around the world, I suppose building something we both cared about just made sense.
Since June 2021, Elite has had the pleasure of working with around 50 private clients, many of whom have returned over the years as their lives change, children grow, nanny contracts end and work takes them elsewhere.
And then there are the people I’ve met along the way.
From nannies and maternity nurses to housekeepers, private chefs and PAs, so many are people I’ve known throughout my career, some from many moons ago! I genuinely love keeping in touch, helping them find their next opportunities and watching their careers grow.
