Position Objectives

1) Commercial Strategy
Lead and plan the annual Trade master Plans for key brands and key accounts, in terms of strategy, promotion, communication and visibility at point of sale.
Ensure full alignment:

o Global recommendations

o Marketing/ POS / Customer Management in order to meet sales goals and profitability

o Own and drive the company activity calendar
o Drive and lead development of Point of Sales Communication based on Shopper insights
o Ensure adequate communication and coordination between KAMs / MKT and POS teams
o Own & build culture of ROI driven activities driving efficiencies in Trade Investment
o Closely work with Sales Team to build Strategic Joint Business Plans for Key
o Customers & become preferred strategic partners for key categories.
o Develop & Deploy Dashboard for all Key Initiatives including New Product Launches


2) Leadership
o Contribute to the attainment of vision and strategy of Business Unit
o Contribute to overall implementation of Business strategic plan
o Actively contribute to the development of stakeholder presentations for the CHC business as a whole
o Be an active member of the Leadership community through collaborative information sharing and best practice implementation

3) People Management
o Provide strong leadership, motivation, empowerment and clear direction to national sales team
o Attract retain, develop and support our people and culture to enable individual and overall business success
o Inspire a new consumer healthcare spirit within and across the entire business

Experience skills & competencies

o At least 10-15 years Business Experience in Sales /Trade Marketing / Comm Operations
o Prior working experience in FMCG
o In-depth knowledge of modern trade and multi-channel experience
o Strong Financial Analysis skills required

Had an amazing time at the Omescape Escape room with the team for our Team building activity. Everyone showed amazing patience through repeating instructions through a walkie talkie over 10 times whilst stuck in a room for 45 minutes relying on your team mates to get you out. It was surprising how calm and collected we all were. Managed to complete one of the escape rooms with 3 seconds remaining which was brilliant. Proud Moment.
