・An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Estate Management Couple to support a private family across two luxury residences in the United States.
・The role is based in Florida for approximately nine months of the year before relocating to The Hamptons for the summer season, where accommodation is provided.

Overview:

・The family is seeking an Estate Manager and Executive Housekeeper couple to oversee the day-to-day operation of both homes.
・The Estate Manager will coordinate the smooth running of the estates, managing staff, contractors, and day-to-day operations.
・The Executive Housekeeper will maintain exceptional presentation standards while assisting with the housekeeping team.
・Both homes are approximately 5,000 sq ft with an established team of household staff and external vendors.

Requirements:

・Previous experience within the superyacht industry or high-end private households.
・US Passport or Green Card required.
・Valid driving licence.
・Professional, discreet, organised, and proactive.
・Competitive salary (DOE), medical benefits, annual salary reviews, and 3 weeks’ guaranteed leave.
・Start date: Early September.

・Employment Type: Rotational (8:8 or 10:10).

・Location: Mediterranean/US/Caribbean.

Vessel Details:

・A 50m private motor yacht is currently seeking a time-for-time rotational Captain to join the vessel at the beginning of August.
・Operating a dual-season programme between the Mediterranean and the Florida/Bahamas region, this is an exciting opportunity to join a professionally run yacht with an active cruising itinerary and a fantastic crew onboard.
・The position offers either an 8:8 or 10:10 rotational schedule, depending on the successful candidate.

Role Overview:

・This role presents an excellent opportunity for a capable Captain looking to establish themselves within a well-regarded programme.
・The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, leading the crew, planning itineraries, overseeing guest activities, and ensuring exceptional standards are maintained throughout both owner trips and day-to-day operations.
・We are specifically looking for someone who is organised, proactive, approachable, and confident interacting directly with guests whilst delivering a first-class experience.

Requirements:

・Candidates must hold a valid Master 3000GT certificate.
・You must also hold a valid Schengen visa/European passport and B1/B2 visa in hand.
・This opportunity would suit a Junior Captain, a Chief Officer from a larger yacht looking to step into their first command, or a Captain with 1-3 years’ command experience seeking their next challenge.
・Strong organisational skills, sound passage planning, thoughtful itinerary management, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences are all essential.
・The package includes a competitive salary (DOE), 8:8 or 10:10 rotational leave with more details provided at interview stages.
・Start date: Beginning of August.
