・With a crew of 14 onboard, the yacht offers a well-structured working environment and a professional international crew dynamic.

Role Overview:

・This position offers the opportunity for an experienced Chief Stewardess to take full responsibility for managing the interior department and maintaining a consistently high standard of presentation and service onboard.
・The role requires a confident leader who can guide and support the interior team while ensuring the owners receive a seamless and well-organised experience during their time onboard.

Vessel Details:

・A 44m private and charter motor yacht is currently searching for a Chief Engineer to join the team, joining in Florida ASAP.
・The yacht went through a refit in 2025 and runs a balanced private and charter program with approximately 5 - 6 weeks of private owner usage and 5 - 6 weeks of charter annually.
・The yacht will spend the upcoming season operating in the Bahamas from June onwards. The program runs with a crew of nine and a positive, multinational crew dynamic.

Role Overview:

・This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Engineer to take on the Chief Engineer role within a well-managed program.
・The position would suit an experienced Chief Engineer or a strong Second Engineer ready to step up into their first Chief role on a vessel of this size. The working environment onboard is known to be relaxed and professional, with most weekends free when guests are not aboard.
