Who We Are
After several years as joint MDs of a leading media specialist recruitment agency—and firm friends as well as colleagues—we reached a natural point where we wanted to create something of our own. Those endless conversations that began with “if we were running our own business…” became a reality when we took the exhilarating (and slightly terrifying) leap of resigning from our jobs on the same day.
With nothing more than an idea for a company name and a lot of energy and ambition, we set out to build something that truly reflected our values and vision.
Together we’ve built Fourteen People into a trusted, dynamic recruitment agency that champions both clients and candidates, delivering outstanding results with integrity, expertise and a personal touch.
