Assistant Property Manager or Experienced Lettings Consultant is needed to work with an experienced very busy Property Manager looking after a private client portfolio based in North West London and working from Home 1-2 days a week (must be flexible regarding home working)
This close small team are looking for someone with minimum years experience within Lettings and or Property Management, the Assistant Property Manager will be dealing with tenants, estate agencies, management and all maintenance enquiries and problems, carry out inspections, organise, maintain and manage contractors and utility personnel from small repairs to large refurbishments. Basic accounts, deposits and rents and admin support. Someone who understands and is up to date with current compliance and legislation.
The Successful Assistant Property Manager must be someone who has a flexible attitude, can use their initiative in a confident, professional and diplomatic way, making their own decisions independently and as part of a team.
