The role includes:
• Responding to maintenance issues and hazards
• Working closely with Maintenance, Housekeeping and Concierge teams
• Liaising with guests and external contractors
• Supervising contractors when required
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar maintenance or engineering support role
• Experience with Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS), CMMS or similar
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable and positive attitude
