Job Description
Care Coordinator / Administrator
Salary: £17000- £20000
(Basic rate with an opportunity to forge a good career pathway in management)
Start date: ASAP

Requirements
· Must have previous experience in Home Care Coordinating/Management
· Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills
· Must be driving with full UK Driving Licence
· Good local geographical knowledge is desirable
· NVQ Level 3 & 5 in Health & Social Care is a distinct advantage

Responsibilities
Coordinate the care and services to ensure that high standards are maintained throughout the service at all times
· Recruit staff needed to cover jobs
· Managing Staff Rotas
· Conducting Risk Assessments
· Scheduling Training
· Managing Training Matrix
· On-Call Support
· Manage staff meetings and conferences
· Expected to cover care calls when required
· Any other office task as instructed
