Hard at work but having fun!😃

At Skills Alliance, all new graduate recruiters must complete a 2-week training course introducing them to the world of recruiting.

During these two weeks they with learn about the life sciences,  how to become a recruiter as well as shadow senior recruiters and practice calls. It's intense but its thanks to this training that we are able to provide fantastic services to our clients.
