With an overwhelming majority of the vote, Jack has demonstrated the importance of sticking at it and keeping consistency levels high. After being unlucky earlier in the year Jack has sent through quality candidate after quality candidate resulting in 2 deals in 2 days bringing in over 10k revenue for the team. Not only this but Jack has shown the qualities and attributes we are looking for in the remote team to really take it where we believe it can be.

Congrats to Luke Garnham on winning April’s MVP!

Luke is the hardest worker in the room, with a constant focus on self-development. This month he has had great success winning new customers and building out his patch. He has also done an incredible job managing our remote team, and has been instrumental in recent success of that part of the business.
