Job brief

We are recruiting a high-calibre Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a fast-scaling manufacturing and industrial group. This is a high-intensity, high-trust role at the centre of a business undergoing rapid expansion
across multiple workstreams, including:
• Manufacturing scale-up
• New product line launches
• Corporate structuring
• Capital raise activity

This is not a traditional EA role. It is a right-hand, operational and strategic support position.

We are prioritising candidates who are:
• Highly mobile
• Flexible in working patterns
• Able to fully immerse themselves in the role and environment

Compensation Package

Compensation includes:
• Salary (TBD)
• Accommodation
• Dedicated vehicle and/or driver
• Domestic support (cook and cleaner)
• Full relocation support

Core Responsibilities

• Executive calendar and meeting management
• Daily operational briefings to MD
• Drafting high-level communications (email, proposals, reports)
• Coordinating strategic projects and cross-functional delivery
• Supporting investor and capital raise processes
• Managing stakeholder communication (internal and external)
• Research, briefing, and decision support
