We are seeking an exceptional and highly skilled Handyman to join a prestigious portfolio of private residences in Central London. This position is suited to a discreet, detail-oriented, and service-driven professional with proven experience working within high-end or luxury residential environments.

Reporting to the Property Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all properties are maintained to impeccable standards, reflecting the expectations of a high-net-worth household.
The role offers an attractive benefits package, including comprehensive private medical insurance with Aviva, life assurance, income protection, and a private pension scheme.

Location: London, UK
Salary: £40 000 per annum
Job Type: Full time, Permanent, Live out
Experience: 3+ years
Languages: English and Russian
Working Hours: 40 hours / week ( mainly Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm, but some flexibility is essential )

Duties:

• Taking care of the plants
• Taking care of the buildings and territory
• Overseeing maintenance and timely servicing of systems and equipment
• Dealing with electrical & plumbing issues
• Taking care of estate cars, tools and machinery
• Basic painting and decorating
• Basic carpentry tasks, furniture assembly and handling
• Sourcing and arranging specialists where necessary
• Driving in and around central London, Surrey and occasional trips abroad by car
• Loading, unloading, transportation and handling of heavy household items
• Household appliances maintenance, cleaning and repairs
• Shopping and running household errands
• Working in collaboration with household staff
• Caring and arranging caring for household pets
• Other ad hoc duties as directed

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working in private households
• A clean UK driving licence
• Fluency in Russian and English
• References from previous employers are required
