A couple of weeks ago, we moved into our new Office in Cardiff, and we are extremely excited about the new space!

FRANKLIN FITCH EASTER SALES DAY! 🐥🐰💐

Who doesn't love a bit of friendly competition between offices?

The day was an exciting competition throughout our global offices, and our consultants had a spring in their step as they spent the day utilising our database, looking for ways to help find clients and candidates. Everyone worked hard to complete various recruitment activities that would earn their team crucial points.

The plot chickens... They also enjoyed egg-xellent Easter-inspired challenges such as stuffing our faces with mini chocolate eggs, egg hunting through flour with our faces, and creating Easter bonnet hats! Shout-out to Brooke Feinglass and Isabelle Melton on their flour-power challenge! 🌸

We love seeing a bit of friendly competition across the consultants, it helped our consultants come out of their shells and connect our offices in London, Cardiff, Frankfurt and Austin!

CELEBRATION STATION AT LONDON LUNCH CLUB! 🍴

Last week, our London team celebrated their accomplishments with a fantastic meal at the OXO Brasserie! Congratulations to all of our consultants, especially Sam Jordan, who was celebrating hitting his first Lunch Club!

We are extremely proud of our team and all of their hard work over the past few months, congratulations on delivering exceptional results and exceeding your targets. It's great to see everyone having some well-deserved fun after all their hard work! 👏

FRANKLIN FITCH STEP CHALLENGE!

In February we have been encouraging all of our employees to get stepping to raise funds for multiple charities whilst improving our health and well-being!

It's a great challenge to keep active whilst raising money for our chosen charities this year!

Some of our London-based employees took advantage of an early finish last week week to get their steps in! 🚶

Last night, some of our incredible London-based team attended the Recruiter Investing In Talent Awards at the Brewery in London.

Despite not winning, it was great for our business to be acknowledged for its accomplishments over the previous year and to be shortlisted in four categories! With our growth mindset in focus, we will review our feedback and continue striving for excellence.

We had a fantastic evening celebrating with some of the top talents in the recruitment industry. Congratulations to everyone who won and to those who made the shortlist! 🤩

We wanted to do a little throwback round-up from our Sales Kick-Off and Christmas Party!

It was wonderful to see everyone from our global offices come together, interact, and get to know one another on such a wonderful day! We had a terrific morning of training from internal and external speakers, and in the afternoon, we had the chance to learn some important lessons from our consultants' presentations in addition to some entertaining videos and activities!

The teams all headed out to Battersea Evolution in London for a black-tie event which was great fun and everyone was dressed to the 10s!🥂

It was the perfect way to round off a great year and celebrate our successes. Big shout-out to our operations team who was able to make all of this wonderful evening happen!⭐

Despite yesterday being Blue Monday, we want to keep our office LIGHT AND BRIGHT!

We encouraged our employees all to wear a bright colour in the office to brighten everyone’s spirits. In wearing a bright colour, Franklin Fitch donated £10 to our chosen charities on behalf of the employees which are:
• Women’s Aid
• Terre Des Femmes
• Women in Need

We offered a healthy breakfast in all offices to start our employee's day in the best possible way and give them more energy to take on the day. 🍒🍓🍇🍎🍉🍑🍊🍋🍍🍌🥑🍏🍐🥝🥭

All employees had an extra long lunch to take the opportunity to go for a walk to clear their heads, participate in an exercise class or have a moment to meditate. We wanted all employees to come back feeling energised and refreshed. 🏓🎾🏏⛳️🏋🏽🚴🏼

We wanted to make it a positive Monday- with a focus on ways to boost our mood and productivity!

Congratulations to Ben White, who has landed his first placement! This is a credit to his dedication, remarkable performance, and dedication to our expanding Contracts team. He has made a terrific start in his new position and is a fantastic addition to the group!📈

Over in our Austin office, we want to say congratulations to Alex Pineda who has worked extremely hard since joining our Austin team and we are excited to see what the future holds in her recruitment journey 💪

Since joining our team in July, Ryan Bray has demonstrated a genuine desire to succeed. He is incredibly dedicated and hard-working, and it is wonderful to see the results of all of his efforts.

Last night we attended the Talint International Annual Recruitment Awards at the Brewery in London.

We were shortlisted in two different categories: Best recruitment company to work for (5m-20m) and Best Candidate Service. Whilst we didn't win either award this time, being shortlisted is an achievement we're proud of. With our growth mindset in focus, we will review our feedback and continue striving for excellence.

Huge congratulations go out to who won best recruitment company to work for and who were awarded best candidate service!

It was a great evening and our team thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

What do you want to be when you grow up? An astronaut, an Olympian, a mermaid? Well, we got an insight as to what our employees wanted to be...and Adam Cooper's didn't disappoint 😂

We had our Franklin Fitch's Sales Day recently, where teams from all of our offices dressed as what they aspired to be when they grew up. With some entertaining challenges spread out throughout the day, and some healthy competition, it was a fun opportunity to compete with the other offices to be awarded the overall winners!
