Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential customers.

Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Attend meetings, trade shows, and networking events as needed.
Learn and apply sales techniques to meet individual and team targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle basic client inquiries.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
Complete apprenticeship training and coursework alongside work duties.
Skills & Qualifications:
A strong interest in sales and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM software experience is a plus).
