I’m looking for people who work in independent restaurants in Greater London, Surrey and Berkshire.

It’s an interesting project. You will spend 30 minutes taking photos of two Dishes served by your venue. Then you put them to one side and frozen. The client will arrange to pick them up. THEY WILL PAY FOR THE TWO DISHES.

The client will use the dishes to help test out an AI Calorie reporting app. This is to assist independent restaurants in the future.

It doesn’t matter which role you have in the business, as long as the owner gives consent.
