True Hacking Story

A Guy went for an interview in a big IT company for the position of a Computer Hacking Investigator

The interviewer asked him, "so what makes you suitable for this job"?

"Well", he replied, "I hacked your computer and invited myself to this interview"😂

Interviewer Tip,

Make the candidate comfortable.

Make the candidate more comfortable by introducing them to the company staff or offering a glass of water or cup of coffee.

These actions will help the candidate relax and provide a more accurate demonstration of their qualifications. If they seem shy, try to put them at ease and encourage conversation.

I usually begin with a question that focuses on the person and not the topic at hand, such as: "Where did you grow up," or "what was your first job out of college?" First off, you relax your subject and you humanize the interaction. This relaxes the atmosphere,

starts the conversation on safe ground, and lets you get a sense of the where your subject is coming from. Second, you sometimes get a surprisingly good story.
