Established in London in 2000, we set up our dedicated full service office in Knowledge Village, Dubai in 2008 in order to support the Middle East market. We remain the only events specific recruitment consultancy in the Middle East, recruiting events and sales professionals at all levels, from graduates to executive roles. These roles
are recruited across ten sectors: Events agencies, production, exhibitions, conferences, corporate, design & creative, event services, digital marketing, hotels & venues, and not-for-profit. Our regional team is made up of events-experienced consultants based within the UAE (in addition to our extended team of events professionals in London) so we can provide a consultative and personalised face-to-face service. As part of our commitment to integrity, honesty and confidentiality, we also launched the first, and what remains to be the only, salary survey for the events industry. This report has assisted employers in the events industry in both the UK and Middle East with essential benchmarking, fact-finding and key trends, as well as giving industry employees an idea of their value. We also devised and launched The Eventice in the UK in 2011, quickly followed by the UAE in 2013. An Apprentice-style competition for graduates that we run in association with The Middle East Event Show and Biz Group in Dubai, it allows final year students to compete to win one of two jobs in the industry.
