At RedSofa, we all LOVE working in advertising recruitment. We live and breathe creativity in the way that our clients and candidates do. Red Sofa has a distinctive vibe and energy that can be found in each and every one of our team. SO. What would we need from you.
*A passion or interest in the creative & advertising world
*Innovating new ways to find and engage Creatives, Designers, Project Managers, Social Media experts etc
*Matching skillsets and talent to Red Sofa’s clients and roles
*Strong and engaging communication skills, leading with an inquisitive nature
*Organisation skills to manage time effectively and keep on top of administrative task.
*A love of creativity for generating market-relevant content (We have some pretty active social accounts and a new TikTok, and we’d love for you to get involved!)
Like all recruitment businesses we are growing; so we are hiring. However, it is also important to talk about what your personal growth could look like too when you work for RedSofa. We don’t expect people to sit in a Resourcer role for a long time; we have a personalised training programme that will take you from your journey of potentially knowing nothing about recruitment, to knowing everything there is to know and how best to master it. This will take you to Junior Consultant and then Consultant and then World Leader…. (Or you can just stick with what you know and now love and make lots of money as a recruiter. The choice is yours). All we ask for is an open mindset, a learning mentality, and a bit of light-heartedness. It is worth us being honest here; recruitment can be truly rewarding, great fun, and is one of few careers where your earnings are uncapped. But it can be hard work; it takes ambition, constant reflection, and consistency.
