Crasner Consulting is proud to have taken part in the London for the second year running, raising money in support of the (LLST).

Founding Partner, Nick Crasner and Principal Consultant Katie Faulds (both of whom have been supporting the LLST for 3 years) spent a sunny afternoon, walking a socially distanced 10km as part of the 'The London Legal Walk 10x Challenge'.

The LLST is a hugely valuable charity that supports law centres and legal advice agencies in London and the South East. The charity plays an important role in ensuring equal and fair access to legal representation in society, a cause that Crasner Consulting is avidly committed to.

Katie Faulds, Principal Consultant & Legal Walk Team Lead commented, “Despite one of our busiest Q4's in history, working on some of the largest and most complex deals that Crasner Consulting has ever worked on, we took the time out to walk for the LLST, because it is something that we are passionate about. I personally, am incredibly proud to be part of a business that never diverts from its morals & values, and that always makes time for charity and diversity advocacy, regardless of how busy our client work streams may be”.

In 2019 Crasner Consulting achieved a record year.

In true Crasner fashion, the Founding Partner and the team celebrated the Firm’s continued success with an evening of charity and giving back, completing a food delivery shift for the Felix Project.

Crasner Consulting has a longstanding relationship with the Felix Project, a charity that provides access to fresh food to the most vulnerable in our society.

Principal Consultant Katie Faulds commented: “Giving up time, and helping people that need it, is something that we love to do as a team. Moreover, it is something that Nick Crasner, our Founding Partner has instilled as a business priority”.

The Crasner team spent 5 hours walking around the City of London on Friday night collecting food from various coffee and food outlets. They then delivered bags of food to the Salvation Army Lifehouse in Whitechapel.

Founding Partner Nick Crasner commented: “I couldn’t think of a better way to end our amazing year. I never want my businesses to just focus on fees. It’s great to deliver for our clients, enjoy a record year but I’m proud that we have a culture of charity and giving back”.

Yesterday, Katie Faulds, Chair of Crasner Consulting's Women’s Initiative, spent the afternoon at the London Stock Exchange, partaking in a hugely insightful conference about Equality in Venture Capital funding.

The event, hosted by David B Horne & Funding Focus, was sponsored by Reed Smith LLP & Four Communications. It delved into the current disparity between Funding granted to Male and Female entrepreneurs, and how that can, and should be improved.

Currently for every £1 of VC funding in the UK, 1p goes to all female management teams, 10p goes to mixed gender management teams, and an astonishing 89p goes to all male management teams.

On Thursday, as part of the Founder’s 2020 vision, Crasner Consulting employees engaged in a 3-hour training workshop, delivered by two best in class trainers: Melody Kissoon & Roger Parker.

Melody Kissoon is an award-winning Professional Business Etiquette trainer who is called on by some of the world’s most renowned professional service firms, investment banks, management consultancies, governments and diplomatic missions.

Roger Parker is an Institute of Leadership and Management accredited coach and mentor and the former EMEA Managing Partner of international law firm, Reed Smith.

Founding Partner, Nick Crasner commented “working with two trainers and coaches of this caliber is a huge milestone. I have always wanted to go above and beyond our rivals and have the best trained consultants in our industry. Roger and Melody are highly complementary in their ability to cut across a variety of subjects; business development, international business, culture, communication and so much more. I am extremely grateful to them for their time and support”.

Yesterday, our Star Associate, Jack Robertson completed the Great North Run, the world’s biggest half marathon.
Jack ran a time of 1 hour 39 minutes and 18 seconds and raised over £1000 for , a charity close to the hearts of all of our employees.
Jack dedicated this run to his two late grandads, his uncle who recently survived prostate cancer and our Founding Partner’s (Nick Crasner) Step Father who sadly lost his fight to Leukemia earlier this year.
Charity is an integral part of our business values and we support a number of amazing charities.

On September 8th, our brilliant Associate, Jack Robertson, is running The Great North Run to raise money for the amazing charity .

Here is a video about what Charity means to us. In this instance, Jack and the team are running for a cause that is extremely close to all of our employees hearts.

Jack is running in memory of his two late grandads, his uncle that survived prostate cancer and on behalf of our Founding Partner’s (Nick Crasner) late step father who lost his battle to leukemia earlier this year.
