From prestigious residences in London to estates and households around the world, we provide discreet, bespoke staffing solutions tailored to the unique needs of every client. We recruit across the full spectrum of household and estate roles, including:
Butlers & Under Butlers
Private Chefs
House & Estate Managers
Domestic Couples
Personal Assistants
Nannies
Housekeepers, Lady’s Maids, Valets, Chauffeurs, Footmen
…and more. Every candidate we represent has been personally interviewed — many face-to-face at our central London offices — and carefully selected for their experience, discretion, and professionalism. We understand that private household recruitment is not like corporate hiring; we are placing trusted individuals into your personal world, and that requires a different level of care. What sets us apart:
✔ First-hand expertise – Our consultants have worked in private households themselves
✔ Highly tailored approach – We listen, understand, and only put forward candidates who precisely match your requirements
✔ Long-term placements – Our goal is not just to fill a vacancy, but to build enduring staffing relationships
Trusted by royalty, dignitaries, UHNWIs, and private families worldwide, EHS is the preferred partner for those who value excellence in domestic recruitment.
