The Army Ministry of Defence employs over 7,000 civil servants. Some of them train the next generation of Military Chefs, and one of those posts is now open. After years in professional kitchens, some chefs want to pass the craft on rather than keep
working the pass.

The Defence School of Logistics and Administration in Wi******er delivers catering training
to Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force personnel. As a Chef Instructor you would run
practical lessons, demonstrations and assessments, both on camp and in outdoor training
environments.
