We’re delighted to share that Karis has been promoted from Community Manager to Consultant within our London temporary recruitment team 🥳

Karis joined us in October 2024 as our US Temp Community Manager through the Mountbatten Program, before making the move back to London to join our temp team. This experience gave her a brilliant perspective across both markets.

Since then, she’s played a key role in supporting and growing our London temp community, building strong relationships and bringing great energy to everything she does.

In her new role as Consultant, Karis will continue working closely with our candidate community while also building client relationships and supporting temporary hires across business support roles.

Huge congratulations, Karis. It’s been an exciting journey so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing you continue to grow 💫

A look at our Jossie Jolly 2026 🎥

Earlier this month we brought our London, US and Europe teams together as one global group for a few days away at the beautiful Wilderness Reserve in the English countryside.

It was so special to have everyone together away from the day-to-day, spending quality time together in person rather than on Teams calls! Delicious food, drinks, and a surprisingly competitive scavenger hunt all helped along the way…

The Jossie Jolly has been part of our culture for 16 years now, and it’s something we’ve always protected as we’ve grown. It’s our moment to relax, connect and come back genuinely excited about what we’re building together.

As our founder and CEO Sivan shared after the weekend: “I started Joss with a simple belief - that being yourself at work really matters. Seeing our whole global team together, relaxed and completely themselves, was a real pinch-me moment. We’ll always hold on to and celebrate what it means to be authentic and human, and will continue to protect the Jossie Jolly as we grow”.

Bringing everyone together like this plays a big role in how we operate. Building trust and relationships in person leads to better collaboration across our teams, and in turn, a more consistent, high-quality experience for our clients and candidates globally.

Yesterday, we brought together a group of senior leaders from private equity and alternative investments for our latest coaching roundtable in London. We've been running events for HR and senior business support/ operational leaders for the last four years and it's great to see the impact and how engaged this community are today.

Led by one of our Joss Learning & Development Ambassadors, Barum Jeffries, the session explored generational intelligence. We looked at the key differences between Millennials, Gen Z and Gen X, how values and priorities differ, and where leaders need to adapt their approach.

We spent time unpacking the professional skills Gen Z often need more support and guidance with, but just as importantly, what Millennials can learn from Gen Z. The takeaway was clear: Gen Z aren’t difficult, they’re different. And when operational leaders understand what shapes them, they unlock the potential of their whole team - across every generation.

One attendee summed it up perfectly: their to‑do list was overflowing, time was tight, but this was a conversation they knew they needed to be in.

As always, the discussion was open, honest and incredibly valuable - made possible because the right people were in the room.

These sessions are designed to give our private equity and alternative investment network access to meaningful development, practical takeaways, and the opportunity to connect with like‑minded peers across the sector.

Welcome to Joss Search, Alicia 👋

We’re delighted to welcome Alicia, who joined us in April as our Business Enablement Lead, based in our New York office.

Alicia brings a strong operational background and, over the past few years, has grown into a role focused on strategy, process improvement and supporting teams through periods of growth. She loves seeing how businesses evolve over time and is particularly excited to get stuck into the operational side of our business - helping ensure the foundations are in place so our recruitment teams can do their best work.

Working closely with our Business Enablement team in the UK (across operations, marketing, insights and talent), Alicia is fully embedded within our US permanent and temporary recruitment teams, supporting the day‑to‑day running of the business while helping us scale in a thoughtful, joined‑up way. It was also brilliant to meet Alicia in person at the start of May during our Jossie Jolly, and spend some time together as a wider team!

Outside of work, Alicia loves being outdoors - whether that’s going for walks or soaking up some sunshine. She’s also a very proud aunt to her two‑year‑old nephew!

We’re proud to share that Nisha has been promoted to Associate Director - UK Temp & Flexible Solutions.

Nisha joined Joss Search in 2017 and has been instrumental in building and evolving our UK temp offering ever since. Over the past eight years, she’s combined exceptional temp recruitment expertise with a deep commitment to setting high standards - creating structure, consistency and service levels that clients can rely on.

As a leader, Nisha is known for her integrity, calm authority and wholehearted commitment to her team. She invests heavily in developing people, leads with empathy and clarity, and brings a fiercely protective energy when it comes to championing both her consultants and the temp community we serve.

In her new role, Nisha will lead our UK Temp and Flexible Solutions offering, supporting clients with agile, high‑quality resourcing models - from dedicated temp teams and fixed‑term solutions to fully flexible, fractional support. Her focus remains firmly on building long‑term partnerships, delivering outstanding service, and helping firms scale confidently as their needs evolve.
