👩🏻💻 Payroll Administrator - Recruitment Agency - Construction ⚒
Location: City of London - EC4N
Hours – Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 17:00 and Friday 09:00 – 16:30
Salary: £25.000 / annum
Start: March 2025
Hybrid working: Available once you’re fully trained and comfortable in the role
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team - People are at the centre of our business, so we’re looking for team players who can embrace, contribute and partake in the overall success of the team.
You will be working alongside an extremely experienced Accounts / Finance Specialist who will provide full training should you need it.👩🏻💻
Knowledge of Excel / Outlook / Sage would be advantageous, although not essential as we are willing to train the right person.👍

📝 Some of your duties will include:
• Processing weekly timesheets
• Raising and processing invoices
• Client credit checks
• Sending contracts to temps
• Keeping insurances covers updated
• Processing expenses
• Preparing and submitting HMRC intermediary reports
• Chasing temps’ Documents and Right to work
• Keeping CRM updated
• Ordering, organising, and maintaining office stationery stock
• Answering customer queries on the phone & via email

• A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and support other members of the team as required
• Someone able to work independently, with the ability to work on their own initiative once fully trained
• Someone with common sense, and a joyful and mature outlook in life
• Someone able to communicate well with the team
• Someone who understands how to prioritise important tasks
• Attention to detail - Someone who does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project
• Someone proactive, who acts without having to be told what to do
• A hybrid staff member, who will strive to do what is needed and not just what is on “the job description”
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise where appropriate
• Great organisation skills
• A head for numbers
• Great verbal and written communication skills
