When it comes to your career change, there's a good chance you have no idea what you're doing. You have no idea what would really light you up every morning.
You have no idea if you're just being wilfully, narcissistically greedy for wanting a career you love. You have no idea, once you figure out what you want to do, what you're going to do about that knowledge.

But here's the ridiculous part.

💥Nobody knows what they're doing 💥

In much of our lives we’re just winging it, responding to what we're presented with and making it up on the spot.

And yet, when it comes to career change, we hate the idea of not being utterly clear about what's going to happen and how. We want to know exactly how things are going to go. We don't want to make a move unless we know how it's going to turn out. We wait for clarity, wait for the answers, wait for everything to be just perfect… and we find ourselves waiting forever.

This week, approach your career decisions as an exercise in DOING:

Morphy Richards was founded in 1936 by British engineer Donal Morphy and salesperson Charles Richards. Since then the appliance brand has become a household name - but it’s branding lacked a consistent identity across its various markets.

Enter and artist Alec Tear to save the day with a crisp new packaging that unifies the brand with a clear worldview.

New branding by NY-based studio has rolled out globally across the PayPal app, website, and communications, with the aim to “champion the needs and wants” of PayPal customers while being inclusive of any “geography, gender, income, values, and demographic”.

Setting the blue hues of the wordmark and monogram against a gold background makes the site easier to read and more accessible to all users.

The people photographed are also meant to “better reflect the diversity of the PayPal community”.
