K10 offers a market-leading apprenticeship programme which harnesses the potential within individual It is independent of any contractor or developer.

K10 was founded in 2010 to address the declining number of apprentices working in the construction sector and the difficulties contractors faced when committed to delivering effective apprenticeship programmes. Working in collaboration with government, local authorities, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, training providers and 3rd sector organisations, K10 is a London wide construction skills network. We recognise the short term nature of contracts on site and when the contractor has no more work for the trainee, apprentices are released back to K10 and we place them on another site with a different host contractor. K10 takes full responsibility for the individuals’ apprenticeship and all associated contractual obligations. K10 is an Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA), accredited by the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) and supports the delivery of a high quality apprenticeship programme. Our status as an award winning market leader has been established through successful delivery on a number of high profile projects in partnership with the leading contractors and developers in the country. Our expertise is in the planning, strategy and delivery of employment and skills strategies. We were delighted to win the Big Venture Challenge in 2011, a competition run by the National Lottery to support businesses delivering social impact at scale. We are also proud to be a Deloitte Social Innovation Pioneer.

K10 Apprenticeships Limited Apprenticeships Ltd is proud to celebrate the success of Jasmeen Kaur, who has been appointed into a permanent role as a Community & Stakeholder Assistant with Costain Group PLC at Heathrow. This follows the rapid completion of her apprenticeship.

Jasmeen began her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship on the Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme in August 2025, working directly with Costain Group Plc supporting their dedicated Stakeholder Team. Driven by a desire for greater professional development and long-term career growth, she transitioned from her previous background in customer service and security operations.

Demonstrating exceptional dedication and capability, she fast-tracked her qualifications to complete her apprenticeship in just 13 months. Following this standout performance, Costain has appointed Jasmeen as a permanent member of their team, where she will continue to drive vital community and stakeholder engagement initiatives at Heathrow.

A great day at the jobs fair last week! 👋

It was great to meet so many people, hear about what they’re looking to do next and chat to them about the different apprenticeship opportunities available through K10.

Events like this are a great way to speak to people face-to-face and hopefully give them a better idea of what an apprenticeship could look like as a starting point for their career.

We’ve currently got a range of apprenticeships available across construction and engineering, including Groundworks, Plumbing, Civil Engineering, Fencing, Engineering Design, Electrical Installation and more.

Congratulations to Jessica Chopra for successfully completing not one, but two apprenticeships with K10.

Jessica first achieved her Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship before progressing onto a Level 4 Business Analyst apprenticeship, which she completed in May.

Her dedication, commitment to learning, and drive to develop her skills have now led to her securing a full-time position with M Group Transport – a fantastic outcome and a testament to the opportunities that apprenticeships can create.

We are incredibly proud of what Jessica has accomplished and wish her every success in the next stage of her career.
