Following recent expansion my client, a Microsoft Gold Partner based in Tonbridge, Kent is looking to add another 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their friendly professional team.
This is an exciting time for an enthusiastic Service Desk Technician to join this growing team who is motivated to advance their technical skill and knowledge.
As the 1st Line IT Support Engineer, you should have at least 12 months experience of 1st Line line supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Desktop (Windows 10), Switches, Routers, Firewalls (WatchGuard), DHCP, DNS, MS Office (2010/365), Antivirus, Printers & Active Directory
In this 1st Line IT Support Engineer role, you will have a real passion for IT and providing outstanding customer service. The role will act as the first point of contact for the service desk team, As part of their dedicated Services Desk, the 1st Line Support Engineer will work closely with the team supporting and helping clients succeed through technology.
