🌟 Together, we’ve reached an important milestone: £500,000 raised for EveryYouth.

Since 2019, Hays colleagues across the UK & Ireland have come together to support EveryYouth’s mission to help young people at risk of homelessness build brighter futures through employment.

From fundraising events and volunteering to initiatives like Project Flourish and charity challenges including the recent Hadrian’s Wall trek, our people have gone above and beyond to make a difference.

At a time when over 123,000 young people faced homelessness last year, this milestone will help EveryYouth continue providing employability support, specialist job coaching and opportunities that empower young people to take meaningful steps towards employment, education and training.

A huge thank you to every colleague, client, candidate and partner who has contributed. Together, we’re creating brighter futures through the world of work. 💙

🥾 Last weekend, colleagues from across Hays came together to take on the EveryYouth Hadrian’s Wall Challenge, trekking 13 or 26 miles along one of the UK’s most iconic landmarks in support of young people facing homelessness.

From start to finish, the challenge was an inspiring display of determination, teamwork and support, with colleagues encouraging one another every step of the way.

Together, the event raised more than £40,000 for EveryYouth, helping the charity provide vital support and opportunities for young people who need it most.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who took part and grateful to all those who donated and supported the challenge.

🥾 Wishing our team the very best of luck this weekend!

50 colleagues from Hays will be lacing up their walking boots and taking on the EveryYouth Hadrian’s Wall Challenge, tackling either a 13 or 26-mile trek across Northumberland.

The challenge will raise funds and awareness for EveryYouth, helping young people facing homelessness access the coaching, support and opportunities they need to move into employment, education and training.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone taking part and of our ongoing partnership with EveryYouth. Together, we’re helping more young people develop the skills, confidence and stability needed to build independent futures.
