ROOM BROKERS NEEDED
As part of our continuous growth we have opened our new office in the Gherkin Building in Central London. To cope with post Covid demand, we are currently hiring for 4 candidates that are able to speak European languages.
We are seeking individuals to join our team of sales professionals, if you have experience brilliant, if not do not worry, full training will be offered.
The role provides an exciting opportunity to join growing business where you will have the opportunity to be involved in major projects with the team from day one. The ideal candidate must be highly organised, well presented, professional, and be hungry to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer:
2 weeks paid training.
Salary plus commissions (£1700 – 2850).
Commissions of up to £300 for every room rented.
6 weeks paid holidays.
Company car for top performers.
Fast track management opportunities.

As part of our continuous growth we have opened our new office in the Gherkin Building in Central London. To cope with post Covid demand, we are currently hiring for 4 Spanish, Italian or French speakers to join our lettings team.
The work consists of
1. Post adverts of different properties in platforms such as Gumtree, Spareroom, Facebook etc
2. Answer to the phone calls to gather intelligence and recommend the best rooms to the clients
3. Carry out viewings with the clients, show them the property and close the deal.
