An employee at a VAG (Volkswagen AG) plant is involved in various stages of car production, from assembly to quality control. His job begins with receiving specific tasks that depend on his area on the production line. This could be assembling engine parts, installing body panels, electrical systems or other vehicle components.
The worker uses both manual and automated tools to assemble vehicle parts with precision. At each stage, he must ensure that all elements are installed correctly and meet the strict quality standards set by VAG. The employee may also be involved in setting up and adjusting systems such as brakes, suspension and electrics.
In addition, the worker carries out visual and technical checks to ensure that the assembled vehicle meets all safety and quality requirements. He works in a team, since the production process at the plant is organized on a conveyor principle, and each part depends on the previous stages.
