Our New York office continued with JCW tradition and celebrated the holidays at the annual JCW Hootenanny.

It was great to see some of the team from our Boston, London and Frankfurt offices there too!

Our Dubbers wore their finest flannel and headed out to celebrate this year’s successes!

London provided the winter and JCW Group provided the wonder as the team headed to Winter Wonderland last week for our annual Christmas celebration.

With plenty of rides, mulled wine, and probably one too many churros, the team had an epic time!

A change in working environment can do wonders for our wellbeing, so our teams now have the choice to work from anywhere for up to 5 days a year.

Our Marketing Manager, Ali Standley, took advantage of this benefit and said, "The 'work from anywhere' benefit allowed me that extra bit of flexibility to achieve what I wanted to travel-wise this year, without having to make sacrifices. I was able to work from a different country and match the working schedule of the person I was staying with, so I could spend the free time after work the way I wanted there."

We wore our best and worst Christmas jumpers in the London office last week to raise money for Save the Children, before wrapping up the day with Secret Santa.

Thank you to everyone for being so creative with your jumpers and Secret Santa gifts once again this year – it was one to remember!
