Renard are delighted to launch a certified course: COVID-19 Essentials: Infection, Prevention & PPE.

This extensive online course can be completed at your own pace and will allow you to feel confident when returning to work, having gained the knowledge of best practice, the correct behaviors, and will enable you to follow new standard government procedures.

We have been working closely with industry professionals to monitor the COVID-19 situation and putting in place measures to support both our clients and our workers.

This course will tell you all you should and need to know about COVID-19 and how to handle yourself professionally and responsibly, making sure you and those who surround are safe and sound (and will continue being so).

Marco has a distinguished background having worked with Michelin Star and 5 Star Operations. He has the ability to utilize all those gifts that mother nature gave him, transforming his cuisine into a real work of art.

He is now the Head Chef of Margot Restaurant Covent Garden a stunning Italian Restaurant in Covent Garden, and he shared a bit of his time with us to talk about how he came to the person he is today.

We are ecstatic to share a little memoir of Nicholas Kerle, not only a committed hospitality professional but also a young man with a massive heart ❤️

Nicholas worked relentlessly during the pandemic to support the charity “Compassion London” in the mission of feeding NHS staff, schools, and many more in need.

Thank you, Nicholas, for showing a great example of generosity unselfish and charitable heart.
