At Four Seasons Recruitment, we believe a great candidate experience starts before the interview.

Our temporary assessments are designed to feel welcoming and relaxed from the moment candidates arrive. Rather than walking straight into an interview room, candidates are invited in early to ease into the day over coffee and informal conversation. It gives everyone a chance to settle in, meet others, and complete their pre-assessment registration forms in a relaxed environment.

It’s a simple but important step. Creating space for people to feel comfortable, acknowledged, and part of something, rather than just another stage in a process.

From there, Catherine carries out 1-1 interviews to really understand each candidate beyond their CV, focusing on their experience and long-term career goals. It’s about making sure we match people not just to a role, but to the right opportunity for them.

Assessments shouldn’t just be about evaluation, they should create clarity and make people feel genuinely seen and understood.
