Our Operations Manager, Sarena Bains, just got back from visiting our team in India. While we’re used to collaborating across time zones, Sarena’s trip was a great reminder that global doesn’t have to mean distant!

At Your World, we operate as one team, whether we’re based in England or India. We have one goal: to provide the best standards to our candidates and clients, and our colleagues in India are absolutely central to this.

Sarena’s time there wasn't just about operations; it was about catching up in person, strengthening relationships, and making sure that distance never gets in the way of feeling like one cohesive unit!
